Advised by customer hissing sound from Panasonic co2 incubator and losing co2 from bottle Leak tested system and found inlet co2 valve leaking, Due to Cryomed carrying spares for Panasonic co2 incubators we managed to remove and replace co2 valve in one visit and have the Panasonic incubator back fully operational for our happy customer.

Customer requested fan motor changes to their -80 ult freezers, Fans replaced and alarm lights reset, no need for moving samples, freezer temperatures kept -80 throughout repairs, happy customer with a saving of over £1,000 on manufacturers repair.

Customer contacted Cryomed to service and repair 3 of 4 Thermo co2 incubators, due to being over 20 years old we had to use parts from incubators to make 2 out of three operational, full calibration of temperature, co2 and humidity, new hepa filters , co2 and air filters installed

Contacted by a new client to supply consumables, service and validate their Purite laboratory water purification system Service and validation completed with full documentation and consumables on time and saving our new client over £1,500 on their previous supplier

University of Newcastle contacted Cryomed to supply consumables and service their Avidity water purification system , we supplied all the consumables ,serviced and calibrated quality sensors, saving the customer over 30% in cost than using the manufacturer.

Cryomed were asked to repair and service triple red water system New consumables and reset of software and the system is back fully operational Delighted customer
