Customer moved freezer to new location and never reached temperature in new location
After 3 companies looking at freezer but unable to repair they called us in to investige problem.
Found oil separator had failed internally and was flooding evaporator with oil then freezing at -40
We removed oil separator,cleaned out pipework with excess oil , charged system and now happily running at customer set point of -80
