I would like to offer my feedback on the service we have received from Cryomed Scientific. We have had exceptional service from Lance, from the initial response when reporting faults, through to the job being completed successfully. We have used Cryomed Scientific to have our water systems serviced, -80 HTA freezers serviced, as well as incubator repairs and several repairs to -80 freezers. Lance is always helpful, knowledgeable and professional and offers a fantastic service. Worksheets are sent to us promptly and provide a comprehensive service history for the equipment. We have recommended Cryomed Scientific to other buildings in our Faculty, most of which already employ the services of Cryomed Scientific.
