Client advised that their rs biotech co2 incubator levels were irratic, diagnosing the fault as the co2 sensor failure ,this was removed and replaced on the same visit, calibrated and back operational the same day, happy client.

Customer contacted Cryomed scientific when they had an issue with no co2 injecting into their Eppendorf co2 incubator, our engineer quickly diagnosed the control board was causing the issue, new control board was ordered and replaced and now back fully operational

Client reported to Cryomed scientific an issue with their Eppendorf co2 incubator, Cryomed scientifics engineer quickly diagnosed the fault as the incubator control sensor, once the new temperature sensor was received from Eppendorf the sensor was removed and replaced, calibrated and the Eppendorf co2 incubator was back fully operational
Customer decided to move from Avidity to Cryomed Scientific to repair, service and calibrate their co2 incubators.
