Client reported to Cryomed scientific an issue with their Eppendorf co2 incubator, Cryomed scientifics engineer quickly diagnosed the fault as the incubator control sensor, once the new temperature sensor was received from Eppendorf the sensor was removed and replaced, calibrated and the Eppendorf co2 incubator was back fully operational
