Customer called Cryomed scientific when they discovered their phcbi co2 incubators using excessive amounts of co2 , on arrival our incubator specialist engineer quickly diagnosed the fault and rectified the faults and having the incubators fully operational on the first visit
Client reported to Cryomed scientific an issue with their Eppendorf co2 incubator, Cryomed scientifics engineer quickly diagnosed the fault as the incubator control sensor, once the new temperature sensor was received from Eppendorf the sensor was removed and replaced, calibrated and the Eppendorf co2 incubator was back fully operational
Customer decided to move from Avidity to Cryomed Scientific to repair, service and calibrate their co2 incubators. Customer contacted Cryomed scientific to investigate co2 leaking from incubator and alarming, Attended site same day and our engineer found the incubator co2 inlet valve leaking , having a valve in stock we replaced valve and filters to have the incubator back fully operational within the hour
