Repairs of our customers refrigeration system on their infors refrigerated shaker incubator , also our engineer replaced the platelet actuator arms
Customer called Cryomed scientific when they realised they were using too much co2 and the co2 incubator wasn’t achieving set point of 5% Our engineer quickly diagnosed and located the faulty burst tubing in the back of the co2 incubator, repaired and customer was back operational within a couple of hours.
Customer contacted Cryomed scientific to investigate co2 leaking from incubator and alarming, Attended site same day and our engineer found the incubator co2 inlet valve leaking , having a valve in stock we replaced valve and filters to have the incubator back fully operational within the hour
