Customer contacted Cryomed scientific when they had a water leak from their Avidity science water purification system, our engineer quickly diagnosed the fault as the pump head leaking, pump was removed and replaced with system back fully operational.
Annual service, calibration and validation of our customers Avidity ultra pure laboratory water purification system, all consumables supplied by Cryomed scientific, 18.2 m/ohms calibration completed with our calibration meter, temperature and time calibrated with our UKAS certified equipment.
University customer called Cryomed scientific when their Elga water purification ring main system stopped filling the reservoir tank and the system was leaking, Within an hour our engineer had removed the pump , repaired the leak and freed the seized pump, system back fully operation with minimum downtime for our client

Newcastle university approached ourselves to service and replace boost pump on Purite water purification system when the manufacturer quoted , Cryomed scientific supplied the required consumables,serviced, calibrated temperature and water quality sensors and replace boost pump at half the cost quoted to the customer from Suez.
