Our client called Cryomed scientific to investigate an issue with over heating on a constant temperature hot room, on investigation of the temperature controller our engineer found the controller to be faulty and operating the heaters at 2 degrees above set point, After close discussions with our client our engineer removed and replaced the temperature controller , calibrated the display using our ETI precision thermometer with Ukas calibration certification and returned system fully back to operation with the fault identified and cured.
