Customer contacted Cryomed when over the weekend their Panasonic -80 ult freezer failed, we attended site and identified that the main control board was not sending a signal out to run 2nd stage compressor, we removed and replaced control board on the Panasonic -80 chest freezer , freezer was back down to -80 by the end of the day due to Cryomed holding a vast amount of spares for all ult freezers, another happy customer with same day repair saving cost and down time.
