Client called Cryomed when their Elga ultra pure water ringmain system failed, diagnosing the fault to be a faulty uv starting board issue, this was replaced at the same visit and back fully operational the same day.
Client also had an issue with a triple red pure water system that was having an issue with the software freezing , removing and replacing the main control board cured the issue and fully back operational within the same visit.
Both systems fully operational at 18.2m/ohms.
