Customer contacted Cryomed scientific to investigate intermittent issue with their Panasonic ultra low temperature freezer.
The customer reported intermittent fault of temperature rising then dropping back down to temperature on a daily basis,
Eventually our engineer traced the fault to the 2nd stage refrigeration system, new compressor and oil separator required, quote and go ahead from customer to repair,
Post shortly of the replacement and full repair of the Panasonic-86 freezer to come over the next few days.
