Customer contacted Cryomed scientific when two of her LEEC warming cabinets stopped operating and over heating,after diagnosing the fault on the phone to our customer as faulty control thermostats we dispatched our engineer,once on site both thermostats were replaced at the same visit due to a stock of parts for the LEEC warming cabinets,
Within a couple of hours both warming cabinets were back fully operational with a first time fix saving our customer time and money.
