Customer complained that the system chart was irratic in temperature recording and called Cryomed in to investigate, we found that the refrigeration system to have lost some of its refrigerant charge due to a leak on the charging schrader, we replaced schrader and vacuumed system, fully charged with refrigerant and now chart is operating at +22.0 with no fluctuating
