Customer contacted Cryomed Scientific when their Heraeus co2 incubator started fluctuating the co2 levels on the display and alarming, our engineer quickly assessed the issue as the internal fan motor seizure, after discussions with the department we then ordered and replaced the fan motor , fully calibrated co2 and temperature displays and left the incubator fully operational at 37.0 and 5% co2 level.
